Jeff Gordon (No. 24 DuPont Chevrolet) crossed the Daytona
International Speedway finish line in the third position. Team DuPont’s
series-high ninth top-five finish of the 2010 season propelled them to second in
the series point standings, 212 behind leader Kevin Harvick.
