Jeff Gordon battles Denny Hamlin (No. 11) and teammate Jimmie
Johnson (No. 48) for position. Gordon rallied back to a sixth-place finish in
the second race of the “Chase for the NASCAR Sprint Cup” and moved up to eighth
in the point standings, now 122 points behind teammate and point leader Mark
Martin.
