Jeff Gordon finished fourth in the Ford 400 at Homestead-Miami Speedway, scoring Team DuPont’s 13th top-five finish of the 2008 season. Gordon finished seventh in the point standings while Hendrick Motorsports teammate Jimmie Johnson won his third consecutive NASCAR Sprint Cup Series championship.
